Trompe l' Oeil

Good Morning Guys! Happy Mother's Day to all the mom's out there you all deserve it for working hard and a special thanks to my mom for always believing in me. So much for posting Saturday's style yesterday. I got to work and tried posting the content as soon as possible but it was just my luck that the internet was down. I'm posting Saturday's style today which makes me a bit behind but o well there is nothing we can do. Saturdays style was an artistic chic look. Many of you may already know that I'm a Designer/ Creative director. My life and time revolves around sketching fashion designs and other types of illustrations whether it be interiors or exteriors (by interiors I mean rooms and exteriors I mean outside areas such as a porch or a park). When I woke up yesterday I decided to draw a bridal collection but before that I wanted to dress like an artist. What do artist's dress like or what do they look for when shopping for clothes? Simple! By simple I mean a simplistic minimal outfit. Nothing fancy or over the top just something comfortable to get in the thinking process. As every designer and artist we do not always look so good behind the scenes when we are working hard (I always look horrible when I'm pulling an all nighter working on a particular project) but as soon as we hit the red carpet we dress in gala and look fancy and luxurious. I decided to call this look Trompe l' oeil because as artists we like to deceive people into making them see something that is supposed to be that particular object but instead is something different. Fashion in general is deceiving because we can be that daredevil off the movie scene and the next day we can be that lazy relaxed person. My looks are deceiving and a lot of people think they know the real me but behind every sweet smile and garment I hide a mysterious, daring, and tranquil side of me. Overall this look reflects the more relaxed and tranquil side of me. The breakdown of this outfit consists of:

。Macy's Apt. 9 Polo
。7 For All Mankind Navy Blue Jeans
。Burlington Carapace Black cardigan
。 Black Shoes for Crews dress shoes
。Kenneth Cole belt
。Nordstrom Glasses
。Blicks Sketchbook

Style Tips:

-Glasses always add personality whether it be a nerdy look or an intellectual look. There is stores that sell non prescribed glasses that you can wear as an accessory. Don't be afraid to show your nerdy side.
-If your looking for something casual and don't want to make the effort in going through your entire closet just choose something neutral like a grey or a navy blue top and just pair it with some jeans and a cardigan.

That is all for Saturday's style look. If you guys have any questions please feel free to leave a comment. I also would like some feedback about my the posts so far. Are they helping? Are they to Silly? Any input can help me improve. Preppy Entrepreneur

Hi Everyone! I really hope that all of you are recuperating from hangovers or maybe exhaustion from dancing all night because I know I'am. Well last night I did not get a chance to upload Fridays' style due to the fact that I was busy all day and night so I'm posting it today along with Saturdays style. After work yesterday I attended a business meeting with my friend at the Bellagio. I got to see the nice view of the conservatory and botanical garden and then headed over to Jean Philippe's Pastry shop to have a delicious soft Flan passtrie.

After leaving the Bellagio I headed over to the Container Park to fix some business related issues at the Winky Designs store. I got an invitation to my friends birthday party around 8pm so right after we closed the shop at 9pm I headed over to the birthday boys' restaurant Satay. I met up with my maid cafe/ Anime Ramen team and celebrated Jasons' birthday with some Adios Mutherfuckers and delicious Thai food. Let's just say that we ended the night singing karaoke to Frozen's "Let it go" and the selfie song. I got home around 3am in the morning exhausted and ready to get some beauty sleep before waking up to start the day all over.

I pretty much summed up my adventurous Friday in a nutshell so now on to the styling section. Since I always have to look professional and fashionable at work I decided to bring out my old Heather Grey cardigan and create a professional smart look that I want to call "Preppy Entrepreneur". Since I'm a business savvy person I wanted to mix something fun with a bit of a nerdy personality. This outfit worked out in my favor because of all the events I attended so I know that I looked prepared for everything. The Yellow polo added some fun and bright personality to the ensemble since my jeans were Black. The Winky Designs Iconic watch added that playful quirky aesthetic since the watch itself has traveling icons instead of numbers. Overall I maintained it simple and classy without having to lose the fun side of me. Here's the breakdown of the outfit

J Crew Yellow polo
Burlington Heather Grey cardigan
。7 For All Mankind Jacket
。7 For All Mankind Black jeans
Kenneth Cole Black belt
。Winky Designs Traveling Iconic watch
。Shoes for Crews Black shoes

Style Tips:

。Cardigans add a preppy look so if your going for something intellectual add a cardigan. Cardigans are also very lightweight so they can replace a jacket during the hot season.
。Watches always add a business type of attribute creating an "On the go" type of look. A watch also symbolizes time management so it creates the whole "Prepared" look as well. Before going to an interview have a watch on you so that you can make a good impression with the interviewer.

There's the entire scoop for you guys. I hope this look gave you some knowledge about outerwear and accessories. Please subscribe to my social media @JesusAlessio on facebook and instagram, JesusRegis1 on twitter, and thefashionprince01 on tumblr. Now time to get ready for the Saturday style post .

American Luxe

Hi Guys & Gals! Happy Thursday I hope all of you are enjoying this beautiful new day. This week has been such a hectic rush with graduation and my two jobs that I'm ready to get my diploma and focus on my career. So much planning and time management has been infused in my life that I feel like everything goes by so quick. I don't have time to rest or think so I just pop in some tunes and use that as motivation to keep going. Last Night I finally had the chance to watch and listen to Iggy Azalea's "Work" music video and I have to say it was a motivating and empowering song. I thought to myself "Wow I have been working, working, working since I was 16 that I have grown into an intellectual person". This morning I felt so inspired by that video that it gave me the drive to create an ensemble that displays confidence, luxe, and drive wherever you go (For me it's work). Here's the break down of the entire Ensemble:

1 Macy's PRPGNDA tank top
2。H&M Moto Jacket
3。7 For All Mankind Navy Blue Jeans
4。Ross Star printed Bob shoes (pretty much like Toms)
5。Kenneth Cole Black belt
6Macy's Jay Z Duffle bag

Style Tips: These tips are for both genders so ladies don't feel left out.

。 Always have a Jacket in handy! It creates a luxurious, professional look even with a casual t-shirt and it also protects you from the sun.
Always where dark colored jeans or pants. Why? So that you can add a pop colored t-shirt or dress shirt. This will make you stand out amongst everyone else in the office or coffee shop.
Sunglasses are a must! Wearing sunglasses will protect your eyes from the UVB rays that the sun emits. Over time the suns rays can harm your eye area and will also cause aging rapidly. Plus, sunglasses make you look mysterious and sexy.
Own a Duffle bag or a leather backpack. I know some of you guys are saying "that is so feminine" I thought the same way to but when I saw the advantages of owning one I totally changed my mind. The advantages are that you can hold your journals, ipad, pens, folders, and even some cologne for that special date after work. Grasping a Duffle bag also makes you look like a model off the runway and creates a professional clean look. Women have a lot of options for handbags so they can explore more with prints, colors, and different shaped handbags (Henri Bendel is an amazing option for you ladies).

Well that is it for today and I can't wait to share more with all of you tomorrow. Don't forget to support and follow my social media @ Jesus Alessio on facebook, thefashionprince01 on Tumblr, and JesusRegis1 on Twitter. Thanks.

Sincerely,

Jesus

Traveling Gypsy

Hello Everyone! Hope that your Cinco De Mayo celebrations went amazing last night. Today I woke up and I thought "Hmmm it's windy and very bright outside, I want to take a stroll and explore". Since then I decided to create a men's bohemian outfit. I decided to go with light colors since they mix very well with the area and nature. Here's a breakdown of the brand clothing I chose to create this interesting look:

1。 Gap Traveling print t-shirt
2。 Dyed Blue Denim Shirt
3。 Aeropostal ripped Light Blue Denim Jeans
4。 Aldo Caramel colored belt
5。Hot Topic Fearless bracelet set
6。 Hot Topic Dream Catcher Necklace
7。 Black Vans Shoes

。Having messy hair can also create that traveling gypsy look so the wind was absolutely perfect

。An alternative to this look is that you can take off the denim shirt and tie it around your waste to have a more relaxed casual look.

Hope you guys enjoy this look!  Don't forget to leave some comments or reviews on this look below and please follow my social media on facebook @Jesus_Alessio and @thefashionprince01 on tumblr Thank you and I can't wait to share more.

Sincerely,

Jesus
